Andalucia Day
« on: March 01, 2014, 08:59:13 AM »
This years celebrations of Andalucia Day was the best we've been to so far. On our way into the big Marquee we were given a colourful brochure explaining the seven Maravillas (Wonders) of Los Gallardos both in Spanish and English. To me this act alone shows the appreciation the locals have of English speaking people living here among them.
We really did enjoy the music, singing and flamenco dancing by local amature entusiast's. There was enough food to amply fill the belly's of what must have been over 300 happy looking people.

I agree the singing & dancing were very entertaining, we all mixed as one & I felt very welcome.
